We worked hard to drive prospective buyers to view the apartment as demand locally was fairly low, therefore we highlighted the amount of space utilising the floorplans as the apartment is larger than most in the surrounding area.
Our Part Exchange facility attracted a lot of attention and was ultimately the reason why the apartment sold in such a short space of time.
We were able to secure 6 viewings with a lovely couple falling in love with the apartment and subsequently purchasing it.
