My Personal experience of estate agents
I had dealt with estate agents for several years as a buyer of properties for investors AND having come from a background of always providing a high level of service I was absolutely flabbergasted at the low level of customer service that was provided by the majority of agents I dealt with.
Repeatedly trying to get me to reduce my price after overvaluing the house in the first place!
Not returning my phone calls
Not returning my emails
Zero communication post viewings
Horrendous lack of communication post-sale, very stressful having to chase them constantly..
Taking days to arrange a simple viewing
Not answering the phone after 5.00pm
Using answer machines as salespeople at the weekend!
Surely it can’t be that hard to sell a house fast & offer a good service...
After all these bad experiences with local agents, I thought surely someone can simply just be honest, do what they said
they would do and they would do really well......
Time for a change...
I genuinely felt that there was room in the marketplace for a new breed of agent who could offer an honest service which basically looked after people properly as if they were family.
A service that they would happily refer their family and friends too.

“lad, you won't make money helping other people....it doesn't work like that son.....that’s not the real world...”
This was a statement from an investor customer of mine and I had to go against his advice and just trust my instincts as I genuinely felt that if I helped people properly then I would win a lot of business just by that alone....(I hoped!)
I honestly believe that if you put your customer first even if you think that possibly you may not win the business it is still the right thing to do and ultimately, as a result, we will always be successful as people will trust us 100%.

We’ve always employed new staff for their caring personality as we’ve found that we can teach sales skills, but it is difficult to teach someone to genuinely care about other people.

What a fantastic service we received from the staff at ‘One Stop Property Solutions’ in our recent sale. The staff were friendly, considerate and very efficient. From day 1 we were kept up to date of progress to the final stage of selling are home, which took just 6 weeks. They rang at least three times a week and updated us on every detail. We never once had to chase the matter. Craig, John and Steph are a credit to ‘One Stop Property Solutions’. These were the 3 staff we dealt with the most but if we ever dealt with any other staff they were all equally as efficient and friendly.
